Sr Manager, Process Engineering

What You'll Do

• Build and lead the Process Engineering team
• Establish enterprise manufacturing standards
• Develop and execute a 3-year process roadmap
• Lead capital evaluation and deployment
• Deliver improvements in OEE, scrap, vibration performance, and lead time
• Align ERP (Epicor) workflows with plant execution

• 10+ years manufacturing/process engineering experience
• 5+ years leadership experience
• Multi-site capital deployment expertise
• Strong financial and operational acumen

• Drive multi-step change without burning relational bridges

As a Process Engineer you will be offered pay of $,000 dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
