The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Quality Engineering Senior Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

* Leading the Quality Engineering team to support site priorities and quality objectives

* Overseeing plans and initiatives aimed at achieving sustained quality improvements

* Identifying and developing engineering talent through hiring, coaching, and ongoing development

* Partnering with Manufacturing to support and deliver key site projects

* Supporting critical Quality Management System (QMS) functions and related activities

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in a science, engineering, technology, or math (STEM) discipline from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years of engineering experience in a private, public, government or military environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

* Five (5) years of Quality experience

* A current, valid driver's license

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* Experience applying statistical methods and root cause analysis techniques to investigate and resolve quality, process, or product‑related issues

* Supervisory experience

* Experience applying Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies and/or participating in project management activities within engineering, quality, or manufacturing environments

* Audit/inspection experience

* Onsite Brookings, SD

Travel:
May include up to 5% domestic

The expected compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $172,700, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
