Responsibilities- Manage civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction
- Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate project work with engineers, surveyors, technicians, and other technical staff
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and help maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and review plans, specifications, reports, estimates, and project documents
- Lead project meetings and communicate project updates with clients and internal teams
- Support construction administration, observation, and project closeout responsibilities
- Provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship to project team members
- Help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four‑year program
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
- 6+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
- Project management experience preferred
- Experience with civil infrastructure projects, site development, transportation, drainage, or municipal projects preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
