Lab Research Chemist/Physicist/Engineer IV
Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Lab Research Chemist/Physicist/Engineer IV to join their dedicated team. As a Lab Research Chemist/Physicist/Engineer IV, you will be an integral part of the Research and Development department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $25.00/hr
What's the Job?- Work closely with subject matter experts to understand upcoming change requirements within Medical Device design documentation, then partner with engineering functions to execute those changes.
- Advance strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned to support organizational growth and innovation.
- Develop and apply fundamental project management skills to provide support to global laboratory operations.
- Build realistic project timelines with R&D leadership and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Maintain accurate project management deliverables, including the creation and maintenance of tracking tools and status reports.
- Strong understanding of scientific principles related to chemistry, physics, or engineering.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools and documentation practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
