Process Engineer

3M Health Care has become Solventum. As a Process Engineer you will support and advance manufacturing operations, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive continuous improvement and scale‑up initiatives.

• Provide process support for existing and new operations in the manufacturing facility
• Lead and/or contribute to various cross‑functional teams and projects
• Plan, manage, and implement projects
• Initiate, lead, execute, and measure continuous improvement projects
• Support new product scale‑up and commercialization

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start)
• OR high school diploma/GED with at least four (4) years of manufacturing or engineering experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed:

• Working knowledge of statistics
• Experience in a manufacturing setting (internships/work experiences)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self‑starter with the ability to work on a wide range of technical challenges

Onsite – Brookings, SD

Travel:
May include up to 5% domestic/international travel.

Relocation assistance may be authorized.

The expected compensation range for this position is $85,200 – $117,150. This range includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, when eligible.
