Quality Data Analyst

Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a QUA Technician to join their team. As a QUA Technician, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting software validation initiatives and data management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QUA Technician

Location: Brookings, SD

Pay Range: 20-25/hr

• Create and manage software solutions supporting the Brookings Quality Department, including SharePoint and Power BI.
• Maintain and improve data integrity through efficient management of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN), and SAP.
• Utilize AI and coding skills to develop validated, efficient solutions for legacy processes as part of a collaborative team.
• Support software validation initiatives by testing, reviewing reports, and managing change control processes.
• Share best practices across sites and help standardize solutions to enhance operational consistency.

• Experience creating and managing Power BI reports.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Software, Statistics, Math, Data Science, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED with at least four (4) years of experience in a data science or software field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
