Twin City Fan is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to drive continuous improvement and lead the value stream. You will train operators, enforce standard work, uphold 5S, and coordinate with quality, engineering, and maintenance to resolve issues and maintain schedules.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), 2–5 years supervisory experience, ISO
9001 familiarity, and strong communication and organizational skills.
