• Minimum 18 months of full‑time experience (as an NP or PA) in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), preliminary reads on EKGs and X‑rays.
• Physician Assistants must hold a Master’s degree and NCCPA certification.
• Nurse Practitioners must hold a Master’s degree and appropriate certification (AANC or AANP).
