Job Description

• PRN, Self-Scheduling and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living Settings
• Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease
• Aide with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake, if applicable
• Assist with ambulation and transfers, if applicable
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes, as needed
• Work with the facility staff to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

• PRN to Part-Time with Full-Time Contract Opportunities
• Self-scheduling
• Pay: $23-$26+ per hour, paid weekly and/or biweekly
• Remote Onboarding, virtual orientation

• 8 Hour, 10 Hour, 12 Hour CNA opportunities

• Active CNA License within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility (transfer eligibility)
• Maintains required certification renewal(s)
• Experience highly preferred but not required
