Job Overview

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs and may need to stand for long periods of time.

Hourly wage ranges from $21 to $34 per hour and meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage.

Full‑time.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives are offered. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
