Starr Guidance sells RTK autosteer retrofit kits to row-crop farmers running older tractors — no subscriptions, straightforward pricing, real support. We're looking for a sales rep who's also comfortable getting technical and helping customers after the sale.
What you'll do- Field inbound leads
- Build relationships with farmers, mechanics, and local partners across the country
- Close sales and guide customers through the buying process
- Help troubleshoot install and setup issues, and support customers post-purchase
- Represent our "quality first, value follows" approach honestly and plainly
- Comfortable talking to farmers and understanding their operations
- Technically capable — can walk a customer through hardware/software setup or troubleshooting over the phone
- Self-motivated, good on the phone and in person
- Ag or ag-tech experience a plus, not required
- Believes in straight talk over sales pitches
Small team, direct access to the founder, and a product farmers actually want. You ll have real ownership over how you sell it and support it.
