Diesel Truck Mechanic – I29 Truck Shop LLC
Brookings, SD
Salary$25 – $35+ DOE
HoursMonday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related components.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Service semi trucks, wheel seals, brakes, clutches, transmission work, and other repair jobs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- At least 2 years of experience as a diesel mechanic.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Familiarity with a wide range of tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- ASE certification preferred but not required.
