Job Overview

Senior Architect – AI‑Driven Agentic Solutions. This role defines an architectural vision and solution to support the strategic outcomes of the company’s Business Products and Services, focusing on AI‑driven agents for the Client Servicing and Money Movement portfolio.

• Lead the design and delivery of next‑generation, AI‑driven agentic solutions across the portfolio.
• Create the solution intent and architectural vision for complex solutions, prioritizing functional and non‑functional requirements into a technology backlog.
• Contribute to the architecture roadmap for Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains.
• Clarify architecture, assist with system design, provide solution options, and resolve architectural impediments.
• Facilitate solution‑driven discussions, lead the design of complex architectures, and develop proof of concepts.
• Educate team members on technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices.
• Support technology stack selection and help choose preferred technology products.
• Perform design and code reviews to ensure non‑functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are met.

• 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience, with recent focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
• Proven track record of building enterprise‑scale solutions within financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and agentic architectures.
• Strong understanding of client servicing and/or money movement processes (payments, transfers, ACH, wires).
• Experience designing AI‑driven workflow automation or digital assistants.
• Knowledge of risk, compliance, and fraud detection in financial transactions.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as Lang Chain, RASA, or similar.
• Demonstrated success taking AI solutions from POC to production‑scale.
