Position Summary
Under direct supervision, provides advanced administrative support to implement the goals of various projects, develops plans and systems, and coordinates daily activities to ensure project deliverables and deadlines are achieved.
Key Responsibilities- This role will oversee patient and capacity management processes and support internal projects:
- Manage patient appointment attendance warning process
- Manage OPS internal process for patient transfer/coverage due to provider departures/LOAs
- Liaise with IT regarding Help Desk and Epic tickets
- Provide project support
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities including recruitment of project staff, setting up records systems, and organizing meetings and conferences.
- Gather all project information: schedules, data requests, assignment tasks, and project meetings.
- Work with the project team to track all work, tasks, and project assignments.
- Assist the Project Manager in developing a comprehensive workflow process for the project.
- Monitor and modify project schedules as assigned.
- Maintain document control, database management, track project activities, and facilitate team communication.
- Act as liaison with relevant work groups, clinical areas, other departments, regulatory agencies, and consultants to analyze financial, clinical, or administrative data.
- Oversee and facilitate the production of training materials, newsletters, and other appropriate products generated by the project.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred.
- At least one year of experience in an administrative support role or related project role.
- Ability to effectively coordinate activities of employees within an assigned unit or department.
- Experience dealing with conflicting views or issues and mediating fair and workable solutions.
- Technical competence with software programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and familiarity with project management software a plus.
M-F, 100% in person.
CompensationBase pay will be determined based on skills, experience, education, certifications, and other factors.
