Crown & Bridge Technician (Ceramist) – Part‑Time

Employment Type:

Part‑Time (20–25 hours per week)

Schedule:

Flexible (weekdays, evenings, and weekends available)

Compensation:

$45/hour

About the Role:

A growing digital dental laboratory specializing in advanced implant and restorative solutions is seeking an experienced Crown & Bridge Technician (Ceramist) to join its restorations team on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for a skilled ceramist who enjoys working on high‑quality restorative cases, including implant‑supported and full‑arch restorations, in a collaborative and modern lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and repair crowns, bridges, and implant restorations
  • Perform porcelain stacking and finishing of pressed porcelain on metal, zirconia, and e.max copings
  • Work with a variety of restorative materials, including PMMA, PFM, PFZ, Zirconia, Hybrid Ceramics, and Composites
  • Support implant restorative cases ranging from single units to full‑arch restorations
  • Pour, articulate, and mount stone models from implant impressions
  • Create verification jigs, base plates, and occlusion rims for implant restorations
  • Ensure restorations meet high standards for anatomy, occlusion, esthetics, and function
  • Collaborate with the restorative and digital teams to support case accuracy and turnaround times
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Crown & Bridge Technician in a dental laboratory setting
  • Strong experience with zirconia and e.max restorations (anterior and posterior)
  • Solid understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative principles
  • Hands‑on experience with implant restorative workflows, including full‑arch cases
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Experience with CAM milling software and hardware is a plus
