We are seeking a passionate and patient mathematics teacher to join our summer school program, working with students who are motivated to recover credit in Algebra I, Algebra II, and/or Pre-Calculus.

About the Role Our students come to summer school having struggled with math during the school year — but they show up ready to work. Your job is to meet them where they are, build their confidence, and help them master the foundational skills they need to move forward. You will teach multiple course levels concurrently, differentiating instruction so that each student is working at the appropriate level of depth and complexity.

Courses cover core topics including algebraic expressions and equations, exponent rules, quadratics, and (at the Pre-Calculus level) logarithms and trigonometric functions. Full curriculum materials will be provided.

Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30am–1:30pm

What We're Looking For

• Experience teaching secondary mathematics
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with students who need extra support
• Ability to differentiate instruction across skill levels
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
