Middle School Math & Science Teacher

• Create a warm, caring, and safe learning environment.
• Build nurturing relationships with students and provide age‑appropriate supervision, classroom rules, and routines.
• Create and implement lesson plans for Math and Science for middle‑school boys. The curriculum is aligned with Massachusetts state standards and is designed to engage student interest.
• Monitor and communicate student progress, providing feedback to students and families and maintaining the necessary records.
• Maintain two‑way communication with families to keep them informed about their child's progress.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of School.

• Prior successful experience with middle school students.
• Strong commitment to practicing differentiated instruction.
• Passionate about educating children.
• Creative and able to think outside the box with challenging young minds.

Location: Brighton, Massachusetts.

Hours: Mondays–Thursdays 1:00–5:00 p.m., Fridays 12:00–1:30/2:30 p.m.

Salary: $24,000–$32,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
