Role overview:The Lead Instructor delivers hands-on outdoor skills programming for children kindergarten- fifth grade, fostering confidence, resilience, and practical abilities through structured, age-appropriate risk-taking. This role requires strong group management and comfort teaching foundational skills such as fire safety, tool use, teamwork, and environmental awareness.
