• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Maintain full compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations.
• Supervise and care for children throughout the day.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Observe and document children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with families and communicate regularly through Procare and conferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Collaborate closely with fellow teachers and leadership.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler or Preschool) - preffered
• Previous early childhood classroom experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, dependable, and nurturing attitude
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
