A current Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certificate and previous early-childhood classroom experience are required for this position. Applicants must hold their EEC certificate at the time of application.

• Pay: $20-26 per hour, based on EEC certification, relevant experience, and responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, safe, engaging, and EEC-compliant classroom.
• Supervise children attentively and support their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Observe children, document progress, and communicate meaningful updates with families through Procare and conferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school community events.

• Current Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certificate in Infant/Toddler or Preschool
• Previous early-childhood classroom teaching experience
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it upon hire
• Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom-management skills
• A dependable, positive, nurturing approach to children and families
