We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of an educational institution in Brookline, Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in ensuring the fiscal stability, compliance, and long-term sustainability of the organization while maintaining alignment with its mission and values. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial leadership, particularly within non-profit or higher education environments.

4. Expense Reconciliation

5. Audit, Compliance & Risk Management

7. Financial Aid & Student Account Collaboration

Requirements

Keys:

+ 15+ years of experience

+ Hands-on accounting and leadership skills.

+ Non-profit experience is highly preferred

+ Higher ed, tuition environment is ideal.

+ Someone that appreciates the culture and mission is a must.
