Required Qualifications:

  • Must wear seat belt when driving.

  • Maintain professional appearance at all times

  • Comply with all safety rules and regulations

  • Comply with Position Responsibilities

  • Keep transportation vehicle in a clean and tidy condition

  • Familiar with the Boston, Massachusetts geography

  • Must be professional, proactive, collaborative, conscientious and results-oriented individual.

  • Must be motivated to learn and flexible to change.

  • Must have an optimistic and positive demeanor, excellent oral and written communication skills, good intuition and able to adapt to changing priorities and display good, sound judgment with a sense of humor.

  • Must be motivated to learn and flexible to change.

  • Demonstrate competencies for safe patient handling practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Must have a Massachusetts Driver’s License with ability to operate vehicles.

  • Must be able to read, write and understand the English Language.

  • 3 years experience in related work.

  • Obtain BLS, EMT, or First Responder certification within 90 days.

  • Demonstrated ability to think clearly during emergency situations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work relatively unsupervised and make independent decisions.

  • Computer literacy required; experience with Windows, Word, Excel.
