Provide services that are ordered by the physician in the plan of care within the scope of practice per state law;
Read, record, and document vital signs and basic medical care (temperature, pulse, respiration; ROM; ambulation/positioning);
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and eating;
Assist with household management: home safety, infection control, light housekeeping, laundry, and shopping;
Maintain and coordinate patient/family and company documentation; observe and report changes to RN supervisor
