Job Description

HRI Hospital is seeking Full Time Mental Health Advocates for the day and evening shift!

Shifts:

Day Shift: 7:am - 3:pm

Evening Shift: 3:pm - :pm

Night Shift: :pm – 7:am

Shift Differentials:

Evening Shift: +$1./Hour

Night Shift: +$2./Hour

Weekend Shift: +$1./Hour

HRI Hospital is
-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. • Monitor patient safety on the inpatient psychiatric units
• Assist nursing staff with patient treatment procedures
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment
• Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors
• Assist with patient groups and activities

Requirements

• High School diploma;
  Bachelor’s Degree in human services field preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Physical Fitness – Must be able to lift lbs.
• Must be comfortable working with patient in acute psychiatric distress
