Assists with personal care activities including baths, mouth care, grooming, transferring, dressing, ambulation;
Assists with household tasks directly essential to the patient's health;
Assists the patient in self-administration of medication (reminders to take medications);
Transports self to patient's home/facility and maintains professional relationship with patients and their families
