Clinical Social Worker II MSW LICSW NDD/Autism/Psych job at Boston Children's Hospital. Brookline, MA.

We are seeking a full time experienced social worker to support our NDD (Neurodevelopmental Delay)/Autism/Psych patients and their families, at our Brookline, MA location. This is a leadership role within an inter-disciplinary team focused on program development initiatives.

• Providing individual, family and group psychotherapy to affected individuals and their families.
• Providing comprehensive case management services, including coordination of care among various healthcare providers.
• Offering psychosocial support and resources to families, reducing caregiver stress and improving overall family well-being.
• Facilitating access to community resources, educational support, and ancillary services such as special education and occupational therapy.
• Enhancing the effectiveness of the multidisciplinary team by ensuring that social determinants of health are addressed as part of the treatment plan.
• Supporting training and education initiatives enterprise wise by providing insights into the social aspects of care for children with NDDs.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work and LICSW is required.
• Minimum of two years of Social Work experience required, experience with NDD/Autism/Psych patients highly preferred.
• Flexibility and ability to work independently within a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment as well as excellent communication, leadership and consultation skills.
