Overview
Boston Neurobehavioral Associates provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health and psychiatric care for all ages. We have practice locations across Massachusetts, Florida, Rhode Island, Illinois, New Jersey, and Maryland. Led by Mohammad Munir, MD, a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, therapists, neuropsychologists, and other medical professionals collaborate to deliver individualized care for patients with a broad range of mental disorders and emotional difficulties.
Patients receive an accurate diagnosis followed by an integrative treatment plan tailored to their unique needs. Treatments include individual psychotherapy, medication management, and customized lifestyle changes. Plans are entirely individualized to help patients achieve optimal outcomes. Our mission is to spread awareness about the stigma of mental health by providing high-quality, accessible psychiatric care.
We are looking for an Outpatient Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, Psychologist) Hybrid to join our team in Brookline, MA.

Responsibilities- Provide psychotherapy, behavior therapy, or other counseling services to patients and families.
- Provide education or counseling to individuals and families.
- Conduct intake and diagnostic assessments for new clients.
- Develop treatment plans in accordance with regulations and agency policy.
- Provide individual, couples, and family counseling.
- Collaborate with collateral contacts and other providers.
- Complete required documentation.
- Candidates must be board certified or eligible and licensed in Massachusetts prior to starting.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
- LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or Psychologist (license required).
- Strong case conceptualization skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic working relationship with clients.
- Experience providing evaluation and evidence-based psychotherapy across a broad spectrum of clinical presentations.
