Introducing Tribute Secure Short Hours This is a guaranteed-pay position for caregivers with morning availability. For your commitment to a consistent schedule, we guarantee your pay for those hours, whether or not you're matched to a visit. It's our way of taking the financial uncertainty out of home care work, so you can focus on what you do best: caring for people.

What the job looks like These are morning visits, typically 1 to 4 hours, in clients' homes across Brookline and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. In exchange for your guaranteed schedule, you agree to accept the visits we offer during your committed hours, including visits under 4 hours, with at least 24 hours' notice.

What we offer $25/hour guaranteed pay for your committed hours, whether or not you're matched to a visit

Choice of a 4-day (16 guaranteed hours/week) or 5-day (20 guaranteed hours/week) schedule

Morning visit options: 7am-12pm or 8am-1pmPaid time off and bereavement support

What we need from youCNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience

Ability to commit to 4 or 5 set mornings, starting at 7am or 8amWillingness to accept scheduled visits within your committed hours

Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 30 minutes to reach clients, at your own responsibility
