Clinical Educator / Supervisor Opportunity
- Partial Hospital Programs

HRI Hospital is seeking an experienced clinical professional to provide education and supervision to master’s level interns and provide clinical and educational support to our Partial Hospitalization Programs. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

HRI Hospital is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. We are part of the largest private mental health system in Massachusetts and can therefore provide competitive salaries, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development. At the same time, the smaller size of our facility allows us to provide personalized attention and training to all our employees.

Employees are part of a multi-disciplinary team of dynamic professionals providing high quality care to a diverse inpatient and outpatient group of individuals. We are located in Brookline – right near Boston University and Coolidge Corner – and provide easy access to public transportation and free parking. Employees are our most valued asset and we encourage qualified individuals to apply.

The Partial Program at HRI Hospital offers both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Services include short-term intensive group therapy geared towards the unique mental health needs of the adult and specialty adult populations. Common issues addressed include, but are not limited to, mood instability, stress, anxiety, depression, disorganized thinking, trauma, co-occurring addictions, and gender dysphoria. Participants attend group therapy sessions, meet with a clinician for individual counseling and case management needs, and a psychiatric prescriber for medication management.
