Guest Services Agent

As a Guest Services Agent at The Arcadian Hotel Brookline, you will provide a memorable first impression for guests and assist them throughout their stay.

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in guests.
• Interact with all guests and welcome each arrival.
• Open doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle.
• Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check‑in.
• Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles as requested.
• Escort guests and their luggage to their rooms while explaining amenities and fun facts.
• Collaborate with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience.
• Assist lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
• Go above and beyond to be the difference for guests and employees.

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and different areas of the hotel.
• Strong desire to make an impact on others.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $21.86 per hour.
