Senior UX Designer
Our client is a global medical technology innovator, dedicated to improving lives through advanced healthcare solutions. They are currently looking to add a Senior UX Designer to their team. $85/hr
The Senior UX Designer will lead customer-facing design initiatives for systems across web, mobile, and connected platforms. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences for patients and healthcare providers.
- Drive end-to-end UX design for digital products.
- Develop and test layouts, interfaces, and navigation for compatibility and usability.
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve design quality.
- Create prototypes, wireframes, and visual design concepts.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and privacy standards.
- Collaborate with Management, Development, and Network teams to resolve conflicts and prioritize needs.
- Document style guidelines and technical factors for digital interfaces.
- Optimize designs for marketability and search engine ranking.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging web and mobile technologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design for web, mobile, or connected platforms.
- Strong portfolio to demonstrate work.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, and privacy standards.
- Experience with user research, prototyping, and testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in medical, health, or diabetes-related product design.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient-centered design.
- Exposure to connected device ecosystems and IoT platforms.
- Knowledge of data privacy compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required.
