Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Regional Director of Strategic Partnerships to expand its presence, fundraising efforts, and community partnerships throughout the New England region. This highly visible role will focus on developing corporate relationships, securing sponsor ships, driving fundraising initiatives, and acting as a key ambassador within the community. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, or nonprofit development, along with a passion for mission-focused work and relationship building.

Preferred - Responsibilities include cultivating corporate sponsors, donors, and strategic community partnerships; developing and executing regional growth and fundraising strategies; building relationships with healthcare organizations, universities, and community leaders; representing the organization at networking events, tours, and fundraising activities; identifying and launching new sponsorship and revenue-generating opportunities; supporting the growth of fundraising events and volunteer engagement; and managing a strong pipeline of prospects to achieve annual revenue goals.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in fundraising, sponsor ships, business development, or nonprofit leadership; demonstrated success generating revenue and closing partnership opportunities; exceptional networking, presentation, and communication skills; an entrepreneurial and self-motivated approach to building a market; familiarity with CRM or donor management systems; and a genuine passion for supporting families in need.
