About This Role

The Nurse Manager for Primary Care at Mass General Brigham is responsible for directing, planning, and coordinating nursing service activities and staffing performance to ensure quality patient care. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who are committed to fostering a positive work environment and delivering exceptional care.

• Location: Brookline, MA
• Schedule: Full time, Day shift

• Ensure development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff.
• Ensure a positive and safe work environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Coordinate unit activities with other hospital departments.
• Develop and implement staffing plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required;
  Master's Degree preferred.

• 2-3 years of nursing experience required.
• 1-2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Primary Care or ambulatory experience in a clinical nursing or leadership position preferred.

• Registered Nurse in Massachusetts required.
• Certification required at start or within 2 years;
  Ambulatory / ANCC certification preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate preferred.
