Nursing Supervisor - Per Diem

Job Overview

HRI Hospital is seeking a Nursing Supervisor – Per Diem to cover overnight (Mon–Fri 11 pm–7:30 am), evening (Mon–Fri 3 pm–11:30 pm) and weekend shifts (Sat–Sun 7 am–7 pm or 7 pm–7 am). The 66‑bed psychiatric facility is located in Brookline, MA.

• Provide nursing leadership and manage hospital operations.
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership and cohesive nursing plans for 24/7 operations.
• Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• BSN required.
• Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility.
