Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health, Dual Diagnosis Unit
Full‑time (32 hrs/wk) day (7:00–15:30) or evening (15:00–23:30) position. Eligible for overtime and shift coverage. Evening shift includes a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients with substance use and co‑occurring mental health diagnoses.
- Deliver care on the Dual Diagnosis Unit (DDU) at HRI Hospital.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Assist with admission, assessment, discharge planning, and patient education.
- Participate in nursing and hospital quality improvement activities.
- Licensure:
Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License. - Education:
ADN/ASN required; BSN preferred. - Experience:
Minimum 2 years RN experience; BSN + 1 year acceptable in lieu of 2 years. - Prior substance use or detox patient population experience strongly preferred.
