Compensation: $27.50–$28.50 per hour (based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule)

Job Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing essential patient care under the direction of nursing staff. Key duties include:

  • Basic patient care such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and moving patients, or changing linens.
  • Performing nursing aide tasks while maintaining a high standard of care.
  • Holding active nursing aide certification in the state of operation.
  • Preferable experience caring for patients of all ages in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
  • Demonstrating dedication to quality care and a willingness to handle difficult residents.
Position Requirements
  • Must be a certified or state‑tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age‑appropriate care for residents.
  • Must be a supportive team member, contributing to and exemplifying teamwork.
  • Must possess patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, along with the willingness to handle challenging residents.
  • Must be able to communicate information concerning a resident’s condition.
