This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Sunset Cantina located in Brookline, MA. The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include supervising food quality and safety, maintaining cost control, managing budgets, fostering a positive work environment, and driving business growth. The role requires direct communication with staff and guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience while meeting operational goals.
