, a Northern Greek focused neighborhood restaurant in Brookline, is seeking a skilled and motivated Part‑Time Baker/Pastry Cook to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking, detail‑oriented, and excited to contribute to a creative, ingredient‑driven pastry program rooted in Greek flavors and techniques.

• Prepare and bake Sourdough bread, savory pies, desserts, and ice creams according to our recipes and standards.
• Execute prep and service with consistency and attention to detail.
• Assist in developing and testing new seasonal items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food‑safe workstation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• 1 year of previous kitchen experience. Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant pastry program preferred.
• Strong understanding of baking fundamentals and technique.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
• Availability for early morning shifts and/or weekends.
