Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Hours:

4:30 AM – 11:00 AM (weekend availability)

Job Summary:

A breakfast attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the breakfast buffet area. They ensure that the breakfast items are fresh, appetizing, and well‑stocked.

• Prepare the breakfast area before guests arrive, including brewing coffee, arranging pastries, and setting out fresh fruits.
• Replenish food and supplies, ensuring cleanliness, and attend to guests’ needs during breakfast hours.
• Assist guests with questions, accommodate special dietary requests.
• Break down the buffet, clean tables, store leftover food and equipment.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items such as cereals, pastries, and hot dishes.
• Greet guests warmly, address their queries, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Monitor food and beverage supplies, notify management when stocks are low.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic breakfast area, following food safety guidelines.

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Physical stamina: ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
