Bartender

Bartender @ Newbury of Brookline

Will prepare and serve beverages and food to residents with utmost hospitality. Mixing and garnishing cocktails, both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic, and following or creating cocktail recipes will be part of responsibilities. The bartender reports to the Dining Room Manager and assists with other dining needs as needed.

$21‑$22/hr (no tips)

• Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
• Greet and escort residents in the bar area and assist as needed
• Read and listen to residents to determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders
• Plan drink menus and inform residents about new beverages and specials
• Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to residents
• Take inventory and order supplies to ensure bar and tables are well stocked
• Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required by the Supervisor

• Passion for excellence

• 6 months to 1 year of bartending experience
• Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol
