Sales Associate– Role Overview
As a Sales Associate at Topdrawer, you are the face of our brand—welcoming customers, sharing product stories, and helping people find tools that inspire creativity and intentional living. You create an inviting, thoughtful experience through exceptional service, deep product knowledge, and a genuine passion for design.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a warm, educational, and personalized customer experience.
- Share product stories and rituals that reflect Topdrawer’s values.

- Support onboarding of new hires by modeling service standards.

- Assist with day-to-day operations including restocking, visual displays, and store upkeep.
- Present merchandise in a way that highlights craftsmanship and design.
- Support product launches and seasonal refreshes.
- Meet or exceed personal and store-level sales goals.
