Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM;
Tue 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM;
Sat 08:45 AM - 02:15 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site policies.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.
  • Monitor entry points, check credentials when required, and assist with visitor processing and/or employee access procedures in accordance with location guidelines.
  • Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, completing routine reports, and following Allied Universal standards for assigned patrol duties.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
