Mobile Security Officer

Securitas is hiring a Part-Time Mobile Security Officer for downtown Boston, MA. In this role, you will patrol multiple client sites by vehicle and on foot, monitor facilities for safety and security risks, respond to alarms and incidents, and complete detailed incident and activity reports. You will enforce site procedures, control access, and provide visible, professional customer service to clients, visitors, and the public.

Officers must follow post orders, communicate clearly by radio and phone, and work independently while upholding Securitas' standards of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile and foot patrols across multiple downtown Boston client sites
• Monitor premises, access points, and critical areas for safety and security risks
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following post orders
• Prepare accurate, timely incident, activity, and daily shift reports
• Enforce site rules, policies, and access control procedures
• Operate company or client vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and clients via radio and phone
• Provide professional, customer-focused service to clients, tenants, and visitors
• Observe, detect, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance issues
• Follow all Securitas and client safety, security, and confidentiality protocols
