Estimator, Construction

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of a project in order to provide pricing proposals to clients. You will work closely with the project manager, vendors, and subcontractors to gather and analyze project information, such as materials, labor, and equipment needed for the project.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and other documents to determine accurate costs for materials, labor, and equipment
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and quotes for materials and services
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing proposals for clients
• Perform cost analysis and develop budgets for projects
• Track and monitor project costs and ensure they stay within budget
• Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to ensure project success
• Update and maintain accurate records and databases of project expenses and estimates
• Provide recommendations for cost‑saving measures and improvements in project management processes

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices
