• Operate grinding and/or packaging equipment to process coffee according to the daily production schedule.
• Follow all workplace safety, food safety and quality standards, including GMPs and standard operating procedures.
• Perform quality checks, complete required production and quality records, and ensure product meets specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and communicate safety, quality or production issues to leadership; report equipment issues to Maintenance/Engineering.
• Support productivity and efficiency while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Assist with training and guiding team members and temporary workers at the workstation as needed.

• 1 year of production experience as a machine technician or machine operator.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays.
• Ability to uphold and follow safety, food safety and production quality standards.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness and reliability.
• Strong teamwork skills with flexibility, accountability and willingness to assist others.
• Positive attitude that contributes to a respectful, collaborative and supportive work environment.

The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing and speaking and must meet the following:
Must work 8-hour shifts while standing, lifting, bending and reaching; must work on your feet for over 9 straight hours; must lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis and must lift 80 lbs. 20% of the shift; must endure constant leaning and bending during the shift; must handle or move up to 750‑pound bins on casters.
