* What You Will Do:

*** Work cooperatively with the production team to ensure workplace safety and product quality while meeting production goals
* Complete packaging tasks such as case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking
* Comply with all written Workplace Safety rules and other safety requirements and standards consistently
* Comply with all written food safety Good Manufacturing Practices and other requirements and standards consistently
* Report all safety and quality concerns to Leadership
* Work on a packaging line with consistent speed and accuracy
* Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
* Perform assigned cleaning and sanitation tasks to ensure a clean and safe work area
* Perform assigned material management tasks to ensure an efficient, organized, and safe work area
* Use tools and equipment correctly and maintain them with care
* Willingness to comply with all safety rules
* Report any tool and equipment issues to Leadership
* Follow all written and verbal instructions
* Attend all safety and production meetings and trainings
* Demonstrate ability to perform tasks using computer applications
* Demonstrate ability to perform production quality monitoring and reporting tasks
* Willingness to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays

* Required:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in an industrial production facility
* Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
* Basic math, reading, and writing skills
* Basic computer skills

Preferred:
* At least 1 year of coffee industry experience is strongly desired
* At least 1 year of food manufacturing experience is strongly desired
** Physical Demands:
** The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking in addition to the following:
* Able condition to work 8 hour shifts while standing, lifting, bending, and reaching
* Must be able to work on your feet over 9 straight hours
* Able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive and lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis
* Must be able to lift 80 pounds 20% of the shift
* Must be able to endure constant leaning and bending during shift
* Must be able to handle/move up to 750 pound bins on casters
