Job OverviewAs a Production Assembly Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non‑repetitive operations in medical device manufacturing. You will work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.
Responsibilities- Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non‑repetitive production assembly operations.
- Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.
- Sets initial layouts and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).
- Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed units.
- Conducts quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
- Disassembles, modifies, reworks, reassembles, and tests experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
- 4 years of production assembly experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing.
- Previous experience with assembly work.
- Experience working in medical device manufacturing.
- Background in automotive manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong mathematical skills for measurement and quality checks.
- Excellent hand dexterity for detailed assembly tasks.
- Willingness and flexibility to support different production areas as needed.
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

Benefits & CompensationSalary range (USD): $46,800.00 – $70,200.00. Eligible for the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
