We are hiring across multiple Shifts Shift times available:1st

Shift: 6:10am-2:10pm2nd

Shift: 2:10pm- 10:10pmResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
* Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
* Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.
* Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).
* Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
* May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
* May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
* Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job in a warehouse or operations environment, including prolonged standing and walking.
** Required Knowledge and

Experience:

*** Requires basic knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain operational procedures, systems, and tools gained through experience and/or relevant training, education, or certifications.
* Requires 1+ years of related experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification.
* No minimum education Requirements
** Nice to Have:
*** Microscope Experience
* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing
* Previous experience with assembly work
* Experience working in medical device manufacturing
* Background in automotive manufacturing or related industries
* Strong mathematical skills for measurement and quality checks
* Excellent hand dexterity for detailed assembly tasks
* Willingness and flexibility to support different production areas as needed
