Shift Assembly Worker – 1st Shift
Full‑time, climate‑controlled environment. Daily shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (5x8 schedule) with occasional overtime.
Responsibilities- Assemble manufacturing components and sub‑assemblies using hand and power tools.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Follow job instructions, diagrams, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in housekeeping and inventory tasks as needed.
- Entry‑level or prior assembly experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read work instructions and diagrams.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Hourly wage $17.00 – $22.00 depending on experience.
- Full‑time schedule with eligibility for benefits after probationary period (not specified).
- Safety training and protective equipment provided.
