Peet’s Coffee in Minnesota seeks a Production Team Lead to guide the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12:00am) and oversee blending, roasting, and packaging to meet production plans while upholding safety and quality standards.
You will lead, train, and coordinate the packaging team, implement waste reduction and process improvements, and ensure adherence to GMPs and SSOPs. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities to contribute to Peet’s mission.
